At tajmahalticket.org.in, all tickets sold are digital entrance tickets delivered electronically in the form of a QR code. Tickets are issued with a fixed validity period determined by the relevant authorities. For this reason, all purchases are subject to the following cancellation policy.

Non-Refundable Digital Tickets

All tickets purchased through tajmahalticket.org.in are non-refundable. From the moment the purchase is completed, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, regardless of the reason and irrespective of whether the QR code has already been delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of travel plans
  • Late arrival or no-show
  • Weather conditions
  • Personal reasons
  • Transportation issues

Delivery & Right of Withdrawal

Tickets are delivered digitally via email in QR code format. Same-day tickets are delivered within a maximum of 30 minutes after successful payment; advance bookings are sent 1 day before the visit date so the ticket does not expire before use.

By completing the purchase, the customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that the right of withdrawal is waived at the time of purchase, in accordance with applicable regulations for digital content.

Same-Day & Future-Date Tickets

  • Same-day tickets are delivered within a maximum of 30 minutes after purchase and become valid right away.
  • Future-date tickets are sent by email 1 day before the selected visit date so that the ticket remains valid and does not expire before use.

Once the purchase is completed, the transaction is considered final.

Force Majeure

In cases where a site is closed by official authorities due to force majeure events (including government decisions or safety reasons), ticket usage and validity are subject to the rules of the site management. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Agreement to Policy

By completing a purchase on tajmahalticket.org.in, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation Policy before payment.
